Must have hands-on experience as a Turbine Operator
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor turbine equipment and associated systems
- Ensure safe and efficient functioning of turbines
- Maintain required parameters like pressure, temperature, and load
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs
- Maintain logs, reports, and operational records
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of turbine operations and basic mechanical systems
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and control panels
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Awareness of safety standards in industrial environments
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in chemical / manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with utility operations (boiler, compressor, etc.)
