Job Title: Mother Educator (Grade 1)

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Sanskriti International School)

Reports to: Primary Academic Coordinator / Principal

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Emotional Mentorship: Act as the primary caregiver during school hours—monitoring student hygiene, meal times, and emotional health.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, secure, and organized "Smart Classroom" that encourages curiosity.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular formative assessments and maintain detailed digital/physical portfolios of each child’s progress.
- Parent Partnership: Serve as the first point of contact for parents, providing regular updates on the child’s milestones and conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Event Coordination: Lead the class in school assemblies, annual days,



and cultural celebrations.
- Nurturing Environment: We prioritize teacher well-being as much as student growth.
- Professional Growth: Regular workshops and training sessions to keep you updated with the latest pedagogical trends.
- Facilities: Lunch provided on all working days, Provident Fund, and a competitive salary (typically ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 based on experience for this location).
