This role supports the Facility Manager and the broader Facilities Management (FM) team in the day‑to‑day operations of the client site. The Facility Coordinator functions as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, manages hard and soft services, handles work orders, ensures compliance, and maintains a smooth, safe, and efficient work workplace.
About the Role:
- Oversees daily facilities operations by coordinating hard and soft FM services, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth business operations.
- Conducts property inspections and audits to support compliance standards and cost‑efficient site management.
- Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and permit approvals while maintaining accurate compliance and contractor records.
- Handles vendor and contractor coordination, ensuring proper induction, safety adherence, and completion of work to agreed standards.
- Provides front‑of‑house and administrative support including visitor management, communication handling, inventory upkeep,
and preparation of operational reports with escalation of risks when necessary.
About You:
- Minimum Diploma / O‑Level qualification, with experience in customer service, helpdesk, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of at least one core area of facilities management or corporate real estate is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
