Job Summary:
Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing and brand communication tasks for Colorshine and sister concerns.

You will support campaign rollout, content coordination, collaterals, website updates and asset management by working closely with internal creators and external agencies to ensure timely, accurate, on-brand delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily content and campaign requirements across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, as needed).
- Co-ordinate with internal graphic/video creators for posts, reels, stories, product creatives, event creatives and edits.
- Co-ordinate with agencies for routine deliverables: weekly content calendars, post creatives, captions, edits and reports.
- Collect inputs from sales and internal teams (product, dealer, exhibition, leadership) and convert them into clear briefs.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, posters, presentation decks, standees, invites and certificates.




- Support exhibitions and offline branding execution: stall creatives, banners, vinyls, hoardings, van branding, basic radio/print coordination.
- Upload and manage basic website updates with agency support (content changes, current pages, product updates, image replacement).
- Maintain systematic storage of all marketing assets (editable files + final exports): campaigns, posts, raw footage, brochures, ads, presentations.
- Track posting schedules, ensure correct tagging/location/hashtags and maintain consistency in brand tone and design.
- Assist in performance marketing coordination: share briefs, collect creatives, follow up with the agency, and compile data for review.
- Compile weekly/monthly basic reports (reach, engagement, lead count if applicable) and maintain records in Excel/PPT.
- Quality check all deliverables for spelling, brand accuracy, product naming and visual consistency before approvals.
