Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team in Haridwar. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role supporting US clients across various non-IT industries such as legal, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, logistics, and administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based Non-IT roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer processes
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment (preferred)
- Robust understanding of US job market and recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with job portals (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in night shift (US EST hours)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Estimators, Healthcare roles, Skilled Trades, etc.
