Location: Visakhapatnam - Akkayyapalem / Gajuwaka
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for Overseas Requirement.
- Post jobs on portals and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist suitable profiles
- Conduct initial HR interviews & coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers in MS Excel
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
What We’re Looking For:
- Should able to speak English and Hindi
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive knowledge of job portals & MS Excel
- Strong passion and genuine interest in the recruitment field.
- Able to work independently and expand network of database.
