Key duties and responsibilities

1. HCP education and training
- Plan, conduct, and facilitate structured educational programs, CMEs, workshops and bedside trainings in targeted accounts to enhance awareness, knowledge, and product adoption, aligning with sales force and marketing team
- Coordinate with identified HCPs for speaker presentations to be presented in conferences,



workshops, etc., liaise with faculty for the consultancy agreement, arrange for payment of services as per FMV
- Create approved scientific and product related content and presentations for the Convatec educational programs such as workshops etc.
- Support the implementation of protocols of care in targeted hospitals

2. Hospital and HCP engagement
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with identified HCPs in assigned hospitals
- Educate/ guide ethically and according to the franchise protocols

3. Cross-functional partnership
- Support the sales team by providing clinical inputs to customers’ pain-points identification, and clinical selling competency during the sales cycle
- Assist in training needs within hospitals and planning need based educational interventions
