Role Overview

As Jewellery Merchandiser, you will work closely with founders and retail teams to strengthen the performance of our lab grown diamond jewellery category.





Your role will focus on ensuring the right jewellery assortment, improving sell-through, and maintaining efficient inventory movement across collections.

This is a hands-on role with strong learning and growth exposure toward category ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Inventory & Category Management
- Track jewellery SKU performance across collections
- Monitor jewellery stock ageing and inventory health
- Support replenishment planning for diamond jewellery
- Maintain accurate inventory visibility

Sales & Merchandising Analysis
- Analyse jewellery sell-through and category performance
- Identify bestselling and slow-moving jewellery designs
- Recommend actions to improve inventory movement

Assortment & Product Support
- Support jewellery assortment planning across price points
- Assist in new collection launches
- Ensure availability of high-performing jewellery SKUs
