Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

KRA 1: Sales Planning, Target Achievement & Execution
- Plan and execute real estate sales activities to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for site visits, bookings, collections, and registries.
- Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and take data-driven actions to improve conversions and closures.

KRA 2: Lead Management, CRM Utilization & Follow-ups
- Proactively engage with new, old, event-generated, and company-provided leads through structured calling and follow-up as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate and real-time updates of all leads, interactions, site visits (including OTP tagging), and pipeline stages in the CRM.

KRA 3: Client Engagement, Pitching & Relationship Management
- Conduct professional site visits and client meetings, delivering clear, transparent, and compliant sales pitches (“As Is Where Is”).
- Build long-term client relationships, negotiate effectively, and support deal closures with a high standard of communication and ethics.

KRA 4: Cross-Selling, Broker Network & Market Intelligence




- Maximize lead potential through cross-selling of suitable projects across the portfolio.
- Develop and nurture broker relationships to expand lead sources.
- Maintain strong awareness of competitor projects, pricing, and market trends and participate in market surveys when required.

KRA 5: Compliance, Brand Representation & Professional Development
- Strictly adhere to all SOPs, CRM processes, and internal systems.
- Represent the brand professionally at expos, stalls, and promotional events.
- Participate in training programs, mentor new joiners, and remain adaptable to work across multiple projects as per business needs.

Education
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience in Real Estate.
- Strong exposure to residential/commercial project sales and channel partner management.
