Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling & Engagement
- Counsel prospective students face-to-face, online (Zoom/Google Meet), and via phone calls.
- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and financial considerations.
- Provide detailed information about courses, career pathways, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Address student and parent queries professionally and promptly.

Admission Process Management
- Guide students through the complete admission process.
- Verify academic documents and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate with academic and accounts departments for admission confirmation.
- Ensure timely fee payment follow-ups.

CRM & Data Management
- Accurately enter and update all student interactions in CRM.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion status.
- Generate reports as required by management.

Targets & Performance
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain high conversion ratios.
- Participate in admission drives, seminars,



webinars, and promotional events.

Relationship Management
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain professional communication and counseling ethics.
- Represent the college brand positively at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with tele-calling and online counselling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
