We are looking for a IT recruiter with minimum of 6 Months years to 1.5 years of experience for Chennai who has a positive track performance in the recent past.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
