The Infection Control Nurse (ICN) is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring infection prevention and control practices in accordance with NABH standards, ensuring patient, staff, and visitor safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor infection control program as per NABH guidelines
- Conduct infection surveillance (HAIs: CAUTI, CLABSI, VAP, SSI)
- Maintain infection control indicators and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with hand hygiene protocols (WHO 5 Moments):
- Conduct regular infection control audits and submit reports
- Monitor sterilization and disinfection practices (CSSD):
- Ensure proper Biomedical Waste Management as per rules
- Participate in NABH audits and documentation:




- Develop and update infection control policies and SOPs
- Conduct training programs for all healthcare workers
- Coordinate with Quality team for continuous improvement
- Maintain records for internal and external audits

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Registered Nurse with valid license
- Certification in Infection Control (preferred)
- 2-5 years of clinical experience (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
