Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, carpenters, and builders.
- Actively visit the market to generate recent leads and expand customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure timely collections and follow up on payments.
- Promote company products and schemes effectively in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plywood sales (preferably in Vizag market).
- Strong local market knowledge and dealer network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel extensively within the market.
Compensation:
- Competitive fixed salary.
- Additional attractive performance-based bonus on sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
