What Will I Be Doing?

As an IT Executive, you will support the IT Department in ensuring quality delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its guests. All responsibilities must be completed timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing system downtime.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and telephony systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (IDS, IPTV ,desktops, printers, PMS systems, POS systems, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Communicate with the Business Centre Team to handle guest-related IT requests.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Maintain IT documentation and system inventory.

Required Qualifications & Skills:




- Previous IT experience (hotel or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with hotel software such as:
- IDS (PMS)
- Micros (POS)
- IPTV systems
- Good understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Updated technical knowledge of current IT trends and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
