This role is responsible for driving business success by shaping HR Strategy aligned to business needs, strengthening organizational effectiveness and building leadership capability. HRBP will support and advise senior leaders focusing on workforce planning, change management, organizational capability development and organizational effectiveness. In this specific scope, you will support two leadership teams Gas Power India services and Steam Hydro organization.
In this rôle, you will partner with GE Power India Limited (GEPIL) Managing Director to lead and support all HR matters for the Listed entity. You will also represent GE Vernova HR before the GEPIL Board and Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) to communicate and get their approval on various HR matters in line with Global / Business HR Strategy.

Key responsibilities

Talent & Workforce Strategy
- Develop talent strategies in partnership with talent leaders.
- Partner with business leaders to shape workforce plans that align with long-term business goals.
- Use talent insights and data to guide build, buy, borrow,



and automation strategies.
- Identify future skill needs and advise on how to develop or acquire those capabilities.
- Collaborate with Talent CoEs to grow the leadership pipeline and ensure succession readiness.

Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead organization design discussions to ensure structure supports business goals.
- Drive change initiatives such as reorganizations, integrations, or transformation efforts.
- Partner with leaders to improve how teams work (i.e., culture, ways of working, and decision-making).
- Collaborate across regions to scale solutions that improve effectiveness across the enterprise.
