The Backend Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales process by managing pricing, preparing commercials, coordinating with OEMs, and ensuring smooth order processing and till delivery. This role requires strong coordination with Sales Account Managers, Presales teams, and Operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Preparation & Pricing:
- Share accurate commercials with customers as per requirements.
- Obtain pricing support from OEMs and negotiate for competitive rates.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Presales teams to finalize commercials.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed Excel records including:
- Date with Year and Month
- Customer Name
- Our Product Buying Price
- End customer product Selling Price
- Implementation value
- Migration value
- Support contract Period
- Support contract value

- Update records once orders are received from customers.
- Order Processing:
- Ensure compliance with internal processes for PO documentation.
- Delivery Coordination:
- Perform end-to-end follow-up on product delivery until material reaches the customer.
- Update delivery status to the customer, Sales Account Manager, and Support Team.
- Customer Communication:
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
