Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and daily production management:
- Supervise shop floor activities to ensure effective workflow and timely output:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards during production
- Ensure safety practices and compliance for workers on the production floor
- Maintain production records and assist with documentation and paperwork:
- Use computers for basic reporting, tracking, and coordination
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or production supervision preferred
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage shop floor operations and coordinate with production teams
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
