JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated individual who loves working with children and has strong reading, grammar, and writing skills. You will guide students (typically ages 4-15) through English worksheets to help them develop self-learning skills and academic proficiency.

We conduct physical classes, and the Associate will be required to report to the Andheri West office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Student Guidance: Observe and guide students while they work on English worksheets, helping them understand concepts without simply giving away answers.
- Grading & Feedback: Mark and grade classwork and homework according to the Kumon method and record student progress.
- Study Planning: Assess and update study plans regularly to ensure each student is working at an appropriate level.
- Communication: Provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child's progress and performance





Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Language Skills: Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Proficiency up to Grade 10 level required.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and patient with children of all ages. Must be well-organized and reliable.

Pay: ₹15000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
