Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Salary
₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month _(based on skills & interview)_
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services/products
- Maintain skilled communication with customers
- Record call details and update data in MS Excel
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily call and lead records
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic MS Excel knowledge (data entry, sorting, filtering)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident speaking ability and positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply
- Willing to work from office (Nerul, Navi Mumbai)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
