We are looking for passionate, nurturing, and creative educators who can deliver a joyful and engaging learning experience to young learners (Age 2-6 years), aligned with the philosophy of The Veda Toddlers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans (Play-way & Activity-based learning)
- Create a secure, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, and concept activities
- Track and document each child’s development and milestones
- Maintain classroom decor, teaching aids, and hygiene standards
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, patience, and love for children
- Classroom management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Diploma/Certification in ECCE / NTT / Montessori (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in preschool/early years (Freshers with passion may apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
