As an Outdoor Marketing Executive, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your primary role is to identify, approach, and educate prospective customers about the financial and environmental benefits of rooftop solar. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting on-site surveys, and closing deals to meet monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct door-to-door, field marketing, and BTL activities (canopies, roadshows) to generate residential and small commercial leads.
- Customer Education: Explain the benefits of solar energy, including Return on Investment (ROI), net metering, and government subsidies (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojna).
- Site Surveys: Perform basic in office assessments to evaluate rooftop feasibility, shading issues, and energy consumption needs.
- Sales Closure: Prepare, present, and negotiate custom quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and commercial clients to generate referrals.
- Reporting & CRM:



Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, and customer feedback in the company CRM/system.
- Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams for detailed design, and with operations for smooth installation.

Requirements:
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in direct field sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, or Banking/Insurance).
- Skills: Strong communication skills in [Insert Local Languages] and basic English, with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and a smartphone.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation in any field.
