Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining company data systems. The role requires generating regular reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting management with actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Maintain and update databases (sales, inventory, production, accounts, etc.).

Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams for data collection.

Analyze business performance data and highlight key trends.

Prepare Excel dashboards, pivot tables,



and performance reports.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across departments.

Support audit processes and internal reporting requirements.

Track KPIs related to sales, stock, dispatch, and production.

Assist management in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.

Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
