Required Skills Core Technical Skills: - Backend: Java (8/11/17+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture. - Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Database: Relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA). - Testing: Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress. Infrastructure & Tools (Must Have): - Orchestration: Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Deployments, Services, Pods,



ConfigMaps). - Monitoring: Experience creating dashboards and querying logs/metrics in Grafana (often paired with Prometheus). - DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions), and Version Control (Git). Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly. Domain Knowledge: - Railroad (Good to have)
