Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a pleasant and professional approach
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold jewellery designs
- Showcase products confidently, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and value
- Provide a premium hospitality experience to every customer visiting the showroom
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle billing coordination, product inquiries, and basic documentation
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and pricing

Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales
- Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and designs is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work on weekends and festive seasons
