Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for in-house requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Support onboarding and documentation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment:
- Hands-on experience hiring for developers, testers, DevOps, and other IT roles
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred Skills
- Experience with in-house hiring
- Knowledge of basic technical skills and IT terminology
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
