We are looking for a disciplined and target driven Telecaller who can convert conversations into qualified leads, appointments, or sales. This role is not about dialing numbers. It is about building trust fast, handling objections confidently, and closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Fix appointments or close sales as per campaign objective
- Handle objections professionally and move the conversation forward
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

Performance Metrics
