Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site construction activities including structural and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and skilled labour teams.
- Monitor progress of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete work, plastering, tiling, and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper material usage, safety practices, and site discipline.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain daily progress reports and manpower tracking.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues related to execution and workmanship.

Requirements:
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in high-rise residential projects.




- Strong knowledge of RCC structure work and finishing works (plaster, tile, flooring, paint, etc.).
- Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors on site.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution practices.

Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant technical background in Civil Construction
