Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium and personalized shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear (frames, lenses, sunglasses)
- Demonstrate product features, styles, and brands effectively
- Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle billing, POS operations, and inventory support
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Stay updated on latest trends in eyewear fashion and luxury retail
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil mandatory)
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Experience in premium/luxury retail sales (optical, jewellery, watches, apparel, etc.)
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Basic knowledge of POS billing and retail operations
