Position Title: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technical Hiring

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding activities.
- Meet hiring targets within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in IT / Technical recruitment.
- Hands-on hiring experience for roles such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Developers, DevOps, Cloud, QA, and Leadership roles.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Positive understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
