Facility Executive - Technical & Transport

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹60,000 CTC per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Technical Facility Management

Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, and other technical systems

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks

Coordinate with technical vendors for servicing and breakdown resolution

Ensure safety compliance, statutory maintenance, and documentation

Monitor energy consumption and suggest optimization measures

Transport Management

Manage employee transport operations including cab scheduling and route planning

Coordinate with transport vendors for timely pick-up and drop services

Monitor GPS tracking and trip adherence

Ensure statutory compliance (driver licenses, vehicle permits, insurance, etc.)

Handle transport escalations and emergency situations

Vendor & SLA Management

Monitor vendor performance as per SLAs

Conduct review meetings and drive service improvement

Verify vendor invoices and support cost control

Reporting & Documentation





Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Maintain compliance records and operational documentation

Track performance metrics and recommend improvements

Stakeholder Communication

Act as a single point of contact for technical and transport matters

Coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and management

Provide regular updates and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management or related field

3-6 years of experience in Technical Facility Management with transport handling

Experience in corporate office or IT environment preferred

Solid knowledge of technical maintenance systems and local transport operations in Gurgaon/Haryana

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
