Job Description: Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled Yoga & Pilates Instructors who can deliver structured, personalized, and outcome-driven sessions.

This role goes beyond instruction — you will play a key part in client transformation journeys and work closely with doctors, nutritionists, and therapists.

Key Responsibilities1. Session Delivery
- Conduct Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa/Restorative) and/or Pilates (Mat/Reformer) sessions
- Lead group classes and 1-on-1 sessions:
- Ensure correct posture, alignment, and injury prevention
- Adapt sessions based on client goals and physical conditions

2. Personalization & Client Care
- Understand client concerns: stress, weight, mobility, injuries
- Design customized session flows aligned with wellness programs
- Track progress and ensure visible outcomes

3. Program Integration
- Collaborate with:
- Ayurvedic doctor
- Nutritionist
- Fitness trainers

4. Experience & Environment
- Maintain a calm, premium,

- Build strong client relationships and retention

RequirementsYoga Instructor
- Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour minimum; 300-hour preferred)
- Strong understanding of alignment, breathwork, and sequencing
- Experience in therapeutic or lifestyle-focused yoga is a plus

Pilates Instructor
- Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (mandatory):
- Strong focus on core strength, posture correction, and rehabilitation

General Requirements
- 1-5+ years of experience (premium studio experience preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, disciplined, and client-focused
- Passion for holistic health and continuous learning
