Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Perform usability testing and improve user experience
- Maintain design consistency and design systems
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX principles
- Knowledge of usability testing
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
