We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Modeler to develop accurate 3D models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit. The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, and BIM teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
- Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM guidelines
- Perform clash detection and model coordination
- Update models based on design changes and feedback
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in Revit modeling
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows
- Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in LOD standards and BIM coordination
- Familiarity with Navisworks or other BIM tools
- Basic understanding of international project standards
