Site Layout & Surveying: Set out the building footprint, columns, and building lines based on blueprints using instruments like a Total Station or Auto Level.
- Plot Boundary Control: Ensure all work remains within site boundaries and that setback distances are respected.
- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including excavation, reinforcement, and concreting.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials (cement, steel) and workmanship to ensure compliance with structural drawings.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with labor teams, surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure structural integrity.
- Progress Monitoring: Track site progress against schedules, preparing daily progress reports (DPRs) and logging daily material usage.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (PPE, scaffolding safety) and identify potential hazards.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of site layouts, inspection checklists, and material records.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
