Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote products and create strong brand awareness among airport passengers.
- Approach potential customers, explain product features, and demonstrate usage when required.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and uphold brand visibility standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines during promotions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share them with account managers.
- Ensure compliance with airport security rules, retail guidelines, and operational protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area at all times.
- Coordinate with airport retail staff, supervisors, and brand representatives for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product rotation.




- Uphold excellent grooming standards as required by airport retail regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer‑facing role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer‑focused personality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic airport environment.
- Flexibility to work at the airport according to the shift provided.
- Works 12‑hour rotating shifts, including both morning and night schedules.
- Must pass airport security clearance, background checks, and obtain necessary airport passes.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory updates.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage due to diverse passenger profiles.
