- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, Income
- recording, Cash apps, Refunds & Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/servicenow)
- for O2C processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
