Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Ayurvedic consultations and assessments for guests
- Develop and implement personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans
- Lead Ayurvedic retreat programs with customized wellness plans
- Deliver group lectures and educational sessions on Ayurveda and holistic health
- Monitor guest progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Work closely with therapists and wellness staff to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain proper consultation records and treatment documentation
Salary and Benefits:
- Fixed salary:€1000 per month:
- Additional €15 per consultation (percentage/commission):
- Additional percentage from Ayurvedic retreat programs
- Additional payment for conducting retreats, lectures, and personal programs

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ayurvedic Doctor (retreat/wellness centre experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatments, and therapies
- Ability to conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct group sessions and wellness lectures
- English speaking required (additional languages are an advantage)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
