Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive and impactful content that aligns with branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.

Social Media: Develop engaging social media posts, captions, and content that highlight key features, USP, Trending topics.

Property Descriptions: Write detailed property descriptions, including features, benefits, and selling points, tailored to the target audience.

Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy for online and offline advertisements, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and print materials.

Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy, ensuring a high standard of quality in all written materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on real estate or a related industry.





Robust understanding of real estate terminology, trends, and the housing market.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and target audiences.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury real estate markets.

Experience with real estate marketing strategies and understanding of buyer personas.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other SEO tools.
