Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management
Content Creation: Develop engaging text, image, and video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Platform Management:Maintain the company's social media profiles and execute a consistent posting schedule.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages to build relationships with the audience.
SEO & SEM
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic rankings on Google
PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Assist in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads) to generate immediate leads within a set budget.

Lead Tracking: Use CRM tools to track where leads are coming from and ensure they are passed to the Sales Officer for follow-up.
Analytics & Reporting
Performance Monitoring:



Use Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign performance (Clicks, Impressions, Conversions).
Reporting: Prepare monthly reports showing ROI (Return on Investment) and suggesting improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google tools
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
