Job Summary:
The Legal Executive will support the organization in managing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters specific to the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves contract management, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and ensuring adherence to applicable healthcare laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including:
- Vendor and supplier contracts
- Distribution and licensing agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Clinical trial agreements
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulations such as:
- Drug and Cosmetics Act (or relevant local laws)
- Regulatory authority guidelines (FDA, EMA, etc.)
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
- Provide legal support on product approvals, labeling, advertising, and promotional materials
- Assist in handling litigation matters, notices, and dispute resolution
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract database
- Support internal teams (R&D;, Sales,



Marketing, Regulatory Affairs) on legal queries
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in pharma regulations
- Assist in implementing compliance policies and training employees

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in legal role, preferably in pharma/healthcare industry
- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
