- Previous experience with Construction & Engineering company is preferred.
- Experience of drafting in International Govt project is preferred
- Processing of daily field survey data using Microstation and/or AutoCAD to develop finished survey drawings
- Development of 3D digital terrain models, based on field data, to be used for engineering design, utilizing InRoads/OpenRoads and similar software.
- Incorporate feedback into 3D model designs and Make revisions to models as requested
- Interact with field crew to ensure the proper field data is being collected.
- Must be skilled in drafting and designing of survey data.
- Preparation of survey reports using Auto Cad.
- Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects and designers and make modifications to existing drawings as per their request.
- Liaise with architects,
engineers and designers to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice to manufacturing and construction technicians
- Coordinates with office staff and clients as required and attend regular development meetings
- Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/construction and installation
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s education
- 3+ years of experience in land surveying is preferred.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- AutoCAD working Experience.
- Knowledge of business office procedures
- Must have Construction & Engineering with Expertise as Surveyor
