We are looking for a Marketing & Information Coordinator to support our team by ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and the external marketing agency. This role will help organize information, coordinate updates, capture basic photos/videos, and assist with front office and documentation tasks. Since we are a non-profit organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and contributing to meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities 1. Coordination & Communication - Act as a point of contact between the internal team and the marketing/creative agency. - Collect information, updates, and approvals from different departments when required. - Ensure the agency receives accurate and timely information for campaigns and communications.

2. Content Support - Take basic photos and short videos (using a smartphone) of activities, events, products, or services when needed. - Share this content with the marketing team/agency for further use.

3. Information & Documentation - Organize and maintain basic documentation, folders,



and records related to marketing activities. - Collect relevant information, statistics, or updates from internal teams when required.

4. Data & Updates - Gather basic numbers or statistics related to activities, campaigns, or programs when requested. - Help maintain easy records and share updates with the marketing team.

5. Front Office & Administrative Support - Assist with front office coordination, including greeting visitors and guiding them to the relevant team members. - Support with basic scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination.

Requirements: - Minimum qualification: 12th pass. - Basic to medium-level English communication skills (spoken and written). - Comfortable using a smartphone for photos/videos and basic computer tools. - Organized, reliable, and able to follow up with different teams. - Interest in working with a non-profit organization and helping people.
