Job Title: Merchandiser - Footwear Industry

Location: Lucknow
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for footwear production
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams
- Follow up on order execution, sampling, and timely delivery
- Manage purchase orders, costing, and order tracking
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained as per client requirements
- Monitor inventory, raw material planning, and vendor coordination
- Handle documentation related to domestic and export shipments
- Ensure timely dispatches and resolve any production or shipment delays
- Must be based in Lucknow
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in: Footwear industry (preferred),



Apparel/Textile industry along with Import-export / shipment handling
- Positive understanding of merchandising processes
- Knowledge of production cycles and vendor management
- Basic understanding of export documentation is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Preferred Skills
- Experience in factory-based merchandising
- Exposure to international buyers or export houses
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
