Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Chandigarh and Baddi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 years

About The Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and generate verified leads on the ground for our gas agency, safety products, lubricants, and food division. You will be responsible for visiting customers, pitching products, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records. This is a field-based role - you'll spend your day visiting locations, meeting customers, and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Visit PGs, hostels, commercial kitchens, small factories, warehouses, and offices to sell gas pipes, regulators, lighters, fire extinguishers, and safety kits
- Promote engine oils and lubricant products at petrol pumps and to mechanics and garage owners
- Assist in gas safety camps and product activations
- Pitch bulk food orders and catering programs during office and factory visits
- Submit daily reports with areas visited, leads generated, orders closed, and follow-ups pending
- Maintain customer details and documentation





What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of FMCG field sales, industrial field sales, or petrol pump / lubricant sales experience
- Comfortable with daily walking, traveling, and meeting recent people
- Ability to explain products simply
- Honest and number-driven mindset
- Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, photos)
- Local language fluency: Hindi required | Punjabi preferred
- Negotiation and closing ability

Requirements:
- Willing to work 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday)
- Field travel is compulsory
- Daily reports are mandatory
- Own transportation preferred (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month

Variable Incentives: Per unit sold, per litre sold, per order closed, camp bonuses, and monthly consistency bonus.
