Job Title: TGT Social Science (SST)

Reporting To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans as per the curriculum (CBSE/State Board).

Use innovative teaching methods, activities, and technology to make learning interactive.

Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.

Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.

Prepare students for exams and academic competitions.

Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and academic performance.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

CTET qualified (preferred).





Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Classroom management skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, smart boards, etc.).

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
Working Conditions:
8-hour shift (as per school timings).

Participation in school functions, exams, and events is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,908.53 - ₹35,000.00 per month
