Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our export and operations team. The role involves handling export documentation, coordinating samples, managing ERP entries, and responding to customer enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Export Documentation
- Prepare and manage export documents such as invoices, packing lists, COA, MSDS, shipping bills, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for dispatches.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and shared on time.

Sampling & Coordination
- Handle customer sample requests.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and courier agencies for sample shipments.
- Track and maintain records of all samples sent.

ERP System
- Enter and update data in the ERP system related to orders, dispatch, inventory, and customers.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Generate basic reports when required.

Enquiry Handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide correct information to customers.




- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending responses.

General Office Support
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Assist team members with daily administrative tasks.
- Support management with basic reporting and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Basic knowledge of export documentation is required.
- Experience working with ERP systems (any ERP).
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in office operations, exports, logistics, or a similar role preferred.

Working Hours
- Full-time, office-based role.
- Working days and timings as per company policy.
