Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening and phone interviews

Bench Sales Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant job requirements via job portals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for consultants
- Follow up with vendors for feedback and updates
- Maintain daily submission and placement reports

Additional Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with consultants regarding project updates
- Meet daily and weekly submission targets




- Stay updated on market trends and in-demand technologies

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
