Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide product information, benefits, and usage details to clients
- Organize and participate in medical camps, seminars, and conferences
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales and daily activities
- Submit timely reports to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred for experienced roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
