We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Machine Helper to support our production team in a Printing and Packaging set up. You will be responsible for assisting senior operators, loading materials Rolls into machines, and ensuring the work area remains clean and safe. No prior experience is required; we will provide on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Assistance: Help senior operators set up machines and load raw materials (rolls) for processing and understand machine running
- Material Handling: Move finished goods and raw materials across the factory floor using trolleys.
- Quality Check: Perform basic visual inspections of finished parts to ensure there are no obvious defects.
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
Clean machines and sweep the work area daily to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 8th or 10th Standard pass (preferred but not mandatory).
- Traits: Punctual, follows instructions accurately, and has a strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Must have a valid Aadhaar Card and a local bank account for salary transfers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Capable of lifting weights up to 15-30 kg
- Willingness to work in a industrial setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹16,000 - 18,000 per month + Overtime (OT).
- PF (Provident Fund) is not provided.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Day/Night) with a weekly off.
- Uniform: Safety shoes and uniforms provided by the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
