Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between clients/buyers and the production team
- Handle order processing from sampling to final shipment
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Follow up on raw materials, trims, and accessories availability
- Maintain proper documentation related to orders, costing, and dispatch
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are met as per client requirements
- Communicate regularly with buyers regarding order status and updates
- Assist in product development and sampling when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, Fashion, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in manufacturing/export house)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of production processes and supply chain
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Work Workplace:
